Dallin joined LeBaron & Jensen in 2019. Since joining, his practice has focused almost exclusively on personal injury and he has become an integral part of the firm’s personal injury team in negotiating and litigating personal injury matters. He has helped clients recover hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlement proceeds for their injuries. Dallin also speaks Spanish and can serve the firm’s multiple Spanish-speaking clients in their native language.
Dallin graduated law school at Arizona State University, and although Arizona holds a special place in his heart, he was excited to return back to his roots here in Utah. Prior to attending law school, he studied business finance and managed a family business in Layton, Utah. During law school he clerked for the Second District Court in Bountiful, Utah, and the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where he found his passion to help individuals navigate difficult situations. He has the determination and perseverance to see things through and applies those characteristics to practicing law. He takes a personal approach to personal injury and makes himself available to speak directly with clients – a trait he feels is becoming more and more rare among attorneys – to address their concerns and navigate the complexities surrounding their personal injury case.
Dallin loves the outdoors. When not working, you will typically find him spending time with his family, with a fishing pole in hand, around a campfire, or cruising a dirt trail on a mountain bike. He and his wife are the proud parents of four kids who give him his “why” in life.
